Every year, the ICSE conference series brings together the global community of researchers and practitioners in Software Engineering. This year, ICSE is being held in the beautiful and historic city of Edinburgh, and is sure to attract a large number of delegates from the USA, Europe, Asia and the rest of the world.
ICSE 2004 is pleased to be able to offer a variety of publicity and promotion opportunities for vendors, publishers, recruiters and others. The following options are available to enable you get your message to our delegates:
Exhibitors
From Monday 24th May to Friday 28th May, ICSE 2004 has sole use of the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The venue is self contained, and includes large atria where delegates can move around freely. Refreshment breaks and Exhibitor Stands will be hosted here, giving delegates plenty of opportunity to browse informally.
Rates:
Exhibitor fees are £800 per stand (inclusive of VAT). This fee includes
one full conference registration. Any additional personnel are required
to pay standard
registration fees as appropriate. The fee includes a display table
(stand space 2m x 2m), two chairs, optional poster space and access to
the Internet via the local wireless network. Any additional equipment
will be chargeable according to standard venue rates. Please note this
standard fee does not include power conection.
Deadline:
Bookings should be confirmed by 16th April, and are subject to
availability.
Program Advertising
The full conference program will be distributed free to all delegates at registration, and will be their main reference point to find out what's going on, where, throughout the conference.

Bag Inserts:
Leaflets, brochures and other promotional items can be inserted in
conference delegate bags, which are distributed free to all delegates
at registration.
