Update on Hotel Reservations

An update on "How to make a reservation for the ICSE hotel".

This message concerns when to use the on-line reservation system, versus the phone reservation system.

Because the on-line reservation system does not support booking nights in the overflow hotel room block, you will need to use the direct dial reservation phone number if you need rooms for nights currently sold out at the conference hotel

Again, there is a free shuttle bus (a 5 minute ride) to the conference hotel, and the room rates at the overflow are at an additional discount to accommodate the inconvenience.

If you use the online reservation system, you will find that the conference hotel is sold out on these dates:

May 18th and 19th.

But that there are rooms still available on the nights of:

May 20-28th (with very few rooms left on the 20th and 24-28th)

The phone reservation representatives will be able to arrange accommodations that will maximize your stay at the conference hotel and minimize your cost.
